The technical stylistic laboratory is able to work out with extreme rapidity its own projects by means of two HERGET warping mills and many looms for the samples' weaving. A skilled staff, costantly connected with data processing systems, with sales offices as well as with the raw material and yarns storehouses, in order to give the necessary answer to the several orders, is responsible for the launching and the progress of production.

Before the unbleached fabric is directed to the different finishing and ennobling stages, it is subjected to a careful and rigorous control.

The finishing department, totally in-house, is able to carry out different sorts of manufacturing, necessary for the large number of the collection's items as well as for the analysis of the prototypes, which are continuously realized, often owing to specific customers' requests. Particularly, they are: fulling, to which are subjected carded fabrics, raising, to which are subjected nap fabrics as loden or velour; specific treatments as waterproofness, teflon, anti-stain, etc.

Each finished fabric is further controlled, before being subjected to the last thermic treatments as ironing, KD decatizing, permanent finish, vaporizing.

The rolled up bolts go to the storehouse to be packed and shipped, following specific indications given by they bar code. The cloths are produced only on commission. Each roll is produced on the basis of one single order.

An efficient sampling is due to the sampling department, which has at its disposal, besides the present material, an interesting file of the past collections (more than 40 years) as well as of special and exclusive fabrics.
